Snowy Mountains Physiotherapy will be providing physio massage and taping service to the Letape athletes this Friday and Saturday in Jindabyne. Our physios Andrea, Ed, Harry and Renee will be in Marquee 16 (near the playground) at the L'eTape Village at Banjo Patterson Park. Open from 11am to 7pm Friday and Saturday.

Physio’s Ben and Adam spent last weekend in Melbourne updating their dynamic splinting skills with the Australian Hand Therapy Association.

Sapphire Coast and Snowy Mountains Physiotherapy have a number of staff across all our clinics with extra training in hand therapy providing best practice management of hand and wrist injuries for the local community.

Last week we welcomed a new team member to our Merimbula clinic.

James Langworthy has moved from Canberra to Merimbula. He completed his physiotherapy degree at Charles Sturt Uni in Albury. 

James enjoys skiing and  playing soccer. He is looking forward to helping the Merimbula community to manage a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, sporting injuries and post-surgery recovery in both young and older patients.

Run Free, Run Far: Build the Foundation 2018 will be hosted by physiotherapist Steph Austin in Merimbula in February and March 2018. 

‘Build the foundation’  involves running specific exercises that will make you stable and strong and help prevent fatigue related injuries. It is designed to keep you outside and running!
