Snowy Mountains Bike Fit

Our first bike fit day at our Snowy Mountains Physio Cooma clinic was a success. We even got to fit a tandem bike!

Ed Moore was on hand to assist Adam Woolacott with the bike fits.

Our Bike Fit Physiotherapist, Adam Woolacott, will be available in our Cooma clinic on October 24th.

Adam will measure, assess, video analyse your riding style and make changes to your bike setup.

Disabled Wintersport Australia

Snowy Mountains Physiotherapy was pleased to donate 3 vouchers for physiotherapy services to Disabled Wintersports Australia (DWA). The vouchers will be used as prizes at the raffles held at Jindabyne Bowling Club on Thursdays. The money raised will help DWA purchase equipment and resources.

Thank you DWA for the amazing work you do to ensure that everyone gets to spend some time on the snow. More information on the fantastic work DWA do can be found at www.disabledwintersport.com.au.

The Aussie tennis stars in Wimbledon have kicked off their competition with a great start wih Nick Kyrgios moving through to the third round.

  • Up to two thirds of all women will experience some form of bladder dysfunction.
