Relay for Life Cooma

In March, Physios Renee Pirozzi and Edward Moore volunteered at the Cooma Relay for Life.

Renee and Ed held a physio massage stand to help get the walkers through their 12 hours of walking.

All money raised by the massage stand was donated to one of the local teams walking.

Thanks to Fisiocrem for the samples that the walkers enjoyed taking home to ease their achy muscles.

Local Tennis Star

We are very proud to sponsor Hollie for her recent adventures to Melbourne for the tennis.

Hollie is a very keen tennis player who trains very hard and loves her sport.

"Thank you SCP for sponsoring me to go to Melb for the Super 10's National Teams final. I had a great week, the tennis was really hard but I loved playing and I got to do lots of fun things and meet lots of players as well. I got to do the coin toss for Serena Williams in the semi finals, I also watched the Davis Cup team train, I met Pat Rafter and I stretched with Rafa Nadal! I made lots of friends and it was so much fun. I want to do more with my tennis this year now. Thanks you for helping me" Hollie.

Sports Physio Coverage - Rugby 7s

Great to be part of the ACT Brumbies South Coast Rugby 7s Tournament last weekend. Teams came from all over the local Far South Coast and Snowy Mountains area. Tipped to grow even further next year, a great display of junior rugby was on show, with the boys playing Saturday and girls Sunday. #physiolife #brumbies

Physio feels the Pain... and the Gain!

Cooma physiotherapist Edward Moore would probably prefer to forget the past six months – except that he has learned a lot in that time.
